Who We Are
My name is Robert Felix Carter. I am an executive coach and advocatus diaboli who speaks Swiss German, English, and Hungarian.
I work with clients who sense a gap or risk in their plans but cannot yet define it.
Extensive experience in lean manufacturing, change management, and turnarounds—delivered with clarity, precision, and a dash of dry British humour.
If an issue goes beyond my scope, I call on a network of seasoned coaches and consultants in every business facet.
